One of the crimes the Nazis were tried tried for at the post WW II Nuremberg Trials was “unprovoked attack against a country that has not attacked your country.”
It sounds a whole lot like the wars in Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, and Syria, doesn’t it.
Aggressive invasions are only the tip of the iceberg. Torture was on addressed too. Another Post-9/11 war crime.
