When Democrats can’t vote, it’s Bernie Sanders who loses out in the primary, but this was just a warm up for the fall election.

Elections are run locally and they are not monitored. Whatever party is in control, runs the machines and there always seems to be a morally bankrupt election official available to bend the system in whatever direction he or she is told.
