A 60 Minutes news report back in the days when there was actually some real news reporting in the U.S.

Gary Webb – The reporter who allegedly shot himself in the head twice after reporting on another CIA cocaine operation.

Webb’s story “Dark Alliance” was published in 1996. In retaliation, he was driven out of journalism with the help of his fellow journalists. In 2004, he reportedly “committed suicide.”
