Canada estimates that US cops have robbed its citizens of at least $2.5 billion.

Here’s how they do it:

1) Traffic stop for no reason
2) illegal search, and
3) they steal any cash that’s not nailed down

Can you imagine what’s going to happen when the economy gets really bad and they start laying these hoodlums off?
