Movies Are a Recruitment Tool

David L. Robb, Hollywood journalist, has found evidence that the Pentagon selectively supports movies that further military goals.

If filmakers allow the Pentagon to edit their script, they recieve access to military ships, planes and personnel for the movie.

Pentagon edits aim to display the military in a positive light, and make the film attractive to teenagers, who they say are “a prime audience to the military services when our recruiting goals are considered.”
