Why such a hardhearted attitude to them?
As you read this, approximately 65.6 million people are refugees – people driven from their homes by violence, mostly state engineered violence.
This is more people than even during the chaotic period right after WW II.
The news media of all stripes, and the shadowy figures that control them, encourage people to fear and despise them.
Why?
Perhaps if we looked too closely, we’d ask what all these wars are for and who they serve and the news media’s biggest sponsors – defense contractors – would be forced to make an honest living.
A new film called “Human Flow” shines a light on the reality.
