“I can’t breathe”

Eric Garner protest erupts in New York City

Strangled to death for selling tobacco without a license – no charge

His crime: Selling cigarettes without a license.

He was put in an illegal chokehold though video shows he was not violent.

He was essentially choked to death. His last words being: “I can’t breathe.”

So what did the Grand Jury do in this case? “No need for a trial. Nothing to see. Everyone go home.”

That’s not happening. Second night of mass demonstrations in New York City.

The sleezebag in the White House and the unindicted felon in the Attorney General’s office will try to make this a racial issue. It’s not. It’s an abuse of power and abuse of the law issue and it has all thinking people – black and white – united in outrage.
