Not really. A few people at the top have benefited, but the average person literally works like a slave for low wages.

The American people?

Well, they’ve got lots of cheap crap to buy at Wal-Mart, but millions have lost good paying jobs that are never going to return.

The people at the top of both countries. They made out like bandits.
