Carol Sue Rosin (born March 29, 1944; Wilmington, Delaware) is an award-winning educator, author, leading aerospace executive and space and missile defense consultant.
She is a former spokesperson for Wernher von Braun and has consulted to a number of companies, organizations, government departments and the intelligence community.
She is the current President of the Institute for Security and Cooperation in Outer Space (ISCOS) which she Founded.
