Days after the terrible hurricane, people couldn’t find FEMA, the Red Cross or any relief whatsoever.

That’s where the grassroots stepped in.

They didn’t know where to go. Disastrously, seniors without electrical power (and thus elevator service) were stuck in their buildings, helpless. Without light and heat, they needed their neighbors to fill in where everyone else had failed them!
